Account Executive (Gl/Ap/Ar)

Responsibilities :
 
Posting entries, reconciling Accounts Payable/Account Receivable/General Ledger and handling bookkeeping and project costing.Assist procurement include monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that your company has as sufficient number of necessary materials or equipment.Participate in cashflow forecasting local & currency.Liaise with treasury department on cash movement process.Ensure all outgoing payment is up to date in system.Ensure monthly loan instalment & payment is on time.Ensure application and compliance of internal control and operating procedures.Monitoring and supervising account assistant.Performing ad hoc task or other assignment when required by superior. Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related fields.Several years (often 3-5) of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client accounts and interact with team members.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
