Client Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely assistance.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.2. Product Knowledge and Expertise- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's gloves manufacturing processes, products, and capabilities.- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date product information, technical specifications, and pricing details.3. Order Management and Fulfillment:- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, production, and delivery to meet client expectations.- Monitor inventory levels and proactively address any supply chain issues or delays.4. Market Research and Analysis:- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.5.
