Account Executive

Job Description:
To handle full set of accounts including monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts within stipulated dateline.
Manage Account & Finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of overall accounting and finance activities.
Prepare and manage yearly budget to control cost and improve overall financial performance.
Liaison with external auditor for yearly audit, Custom Department for SST matters, IRB for company tax, etc.
Fully in charge of financing matters including new financing, review existing financing facility, and liaise with bankers.
Fully responsible for monitoring customer ageing and ensure collections are smooth at all times.
Ensure internal controls are in place and compliance with regulatory laws and rules.
Other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management from time to time.
