Account Executive

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Able to handle the company's full set of accounts.
Excellent understanding of delivering and handling full set accounts.
Providing assistance to daily accounting operation and transactions entry in the accounting system used by the company.
Conducting full reports for cash flows, accounts and analysis, including all sorts of accounting monthly reports to the management.
Perform company's internal billing and conducting monthly stock check.
Liaising with sales department in terms of invoicing and billing.
Deliver analytics reports from accounts department to management monthly.
Respond to all phone calls and emails relating to accounting department.
Assisting Senior Account Executives and management in daily accounting tasks.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Familiar with import duties and sales tax.
Filing for invoices.
Any ad-hoc tasks provided by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Bachelors in Accounting /ACCA/ any other higher accounting qualification.
Have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience related to the accounting field.
Have experience in preparing full set of accounts.
Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software, Words and Excel.
Must be responsible, meticulous, have good communication and follow-up skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply & must have the willingness to learn.
Preferable fluent in Chinese/Mandarin as there is a requirement for handling Mandarin documents.#J-18808-Ljbffr
