Responsibilities:Assist in preparation of company account budgeting and forecasting for the company.
Involved with financial analysis, credit control and cash flow management.
Oversee the financial record maintenance and daily operation of the accountant dept.
Oversee the implementation and integration of e-invoicing systems within the accounting department, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and standards.
Manage the preparation, generation, and validation of electronic invoices in line with company policies and tax requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of e-invoice submissions and financial transactions to external stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, and government authorities.
Monitor and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or issues related to cash flows and bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of all e-invoices, including archiving and retrieval, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Generate and analyze monthly financial and statutory reports.
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to provide necessary documentation for the audit.
Preferred Skills:
Solid understanding of e-invoice standards, tax regulations (such as PCB, SST, GST), and compliance requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve e-invoicing system and financial issues, ensuring smooth operations.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in invoicing and financial reporting.
Familiarity with accounting processes and integration of digital invoicing into the broader financial system.
Knowledge of data privacy and security standards related to electronic invoicing.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to work with colleagues to ensure that e-invoices are processed and stored in compliance with local tax laws.
Preferred Qualifications:
Having knowledge with e-invoicing systems or digital billing solutions (e.g.
UBS, SQL Accounting Software).
Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting) or relevant experience in finance.
Familiarity with cloud-based invoicing solutions and their integration with financial systems.
3 to 5 years of experience in the finance industry.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
