Account Executive

Maintain good records of all financial documents and ensure accounts transactions are up to date at all times.
Prepare monthly management reports with analysis of sales and cost based on schedules as required.
Update relevant information for monthly reports.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support decision making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality and operations.
Optimize the allocation of financial resources to maintain liquidity.
Stay updated with changes to minimize tax liabilities.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience and above.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, and well organized.
Solid data entry skills with ability to identify numerical errors.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
