Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Handle Accounts Receivable.- Payable & Credit Controls functions preferably with GL knowledge is an advantage. Analyse accounting receivable status.- Monitor and follow-up with customers to ensure prompt collection of debts.- Preparation of payment to suppliers- Handle month-end closing including preparation of bank reconciliation, Interco reconciliation. Preparation & generation of financial reports GST preparation for quarterly submission.- Handle petty cash claims.- Monitoring of foreign currency exchange rates, fund balance in local and foreign currency.- Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.**Job Requirements**:- Entry Level/Diploma/ACCA/LCCI and above preferred.- Some experiences in handling a FULL set of accounts in a computerized environment.- JDE Enterprise One hands-on experience preferred.- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.- With 1-2 years of working experience preferred.- Pleasant personality with an analytical mind.- Meticulous and hardworking.- Able to work in a team.Compex Technologies Sdn Bhd is an electronic manufacturing service company located in I-Park, Kulai.
