Account Executive

**5 Job Description**:- Prepare Analytical of report (e.g.: staff individual claim, Bank charges of credit card,petrol claim, directors claim, utility payment, monthly sales amount and etc)- Prepare bank reconciliation and bank balance update- Maintain of proper documents filing and ensure accounting record a timely manner- Preparation of account (general accounting, account payable and account receivable)- Liaise with supplier for tax invoice, statement of account and payment- Liaise with debtor for statement of account and collection- Prepare payment for bank facilities (e.g.: term loan, banker acceptance and etc)- Maintain journal entries- Liaison with tenant in BMS Mall- Update annual leave, medical leave and medical claim to personal files- Local & Foreign workers salary- Assist in checking the attendance list- Responsible for calculation of incentive of salesman- All other task instructed by superior**Job Requirement**:- Qualification: SPM and above- 1 years working experience in related fields- Able to work independence with minimum supervision- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Update words and excel- Pleasant personality, punctual, hardworking and responsibility- 5.5 work week**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Tebrau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)
