Account Executive

Responsibilities : Able to handle full set of accounts (account payable and account receivable) and all financial reporting activities.To assist in account transactions, account checking, verification & follow up.To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, cash flow statement, staff claims and various reports.To assist in collating, summarizing and preparing accounts information and trends for finance reports, audit & tax purpose.To prepare a monthly Budget report breakdown for presentation to management review meeting.To liaise with external parties such as company secretary, auditor, banker, tax agent and so on.To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement : Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent in AccountingAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Excellent in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).ACCA is an advantage.Ability to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.Have own transport and willing to work at Bandar Dato' Onn, Johor Bahru
