Account Executive

Job Description Handle accounts & prepare financial reports.Posting accurate accounting records for all daily transactions.Daily and monthly account payable (AP) and account receivable (AR) function.Dealing with accounting in manufacturing operation activities. To assist on the inventory control and key in stocks inventory with other related field.Prepare yearly financial report, full set account & monthly reconciliation analysis.Perform monthly & annual accounts closing and generate management accounts for review. Assist in providing information as required for statutory tax & audit issues.Verify staff claims and suppliers' invoices, follow up debtors payments. Manager Superior guidance is provided. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.Other duties are directed. Job Requirements Diploma & Bachelor of Degree and above in accounting and related fields.Preferable  1 - 3 years of relevant working experience preferred, driven fresh graduates will be considered.Fresh Graduate welcome to apply, mentorship with senior guidance providedProficiency in Autocount Accounting Software,UBS,Microsoft Excel.Problem-Solver and master in Time Management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software required.Self Independent and Self Discipline are highly required.
