Account Executive

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team at SMC Food21 (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Gelang Patah, Johor. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in the financial management and accounting operations of our organisation. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
Full set of accounts.
To prepare, review and analyze accounts. Ensuring all transactions are appropriately captured each month and in accordance with the accounting standards, finance policies and government bodies.
Perform month end and year end closing.
Perform day to day accounting & costing functions.
Perform monthly/yearly schedules and reports.
Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditors, etc.
Assist in audit and tax preparation.
Prepare payment vouchers, cash vouchers, and journal vouchers with supporting documents, maintaining proper financial transaction records.
Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Minimum 2 yearsand above working experience in related fields is required.
Experience withAutocount accounting systemis preferred.
Must be willing to work in Johor Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP).
