Account Executive

ResponsibilitiesPrepare full sets of accounts, handling and monitoring accounts payable & receivable and collections.
Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies, standard procedures, and related statutory and tax requirements.
Support in month-end close procedures with timely and accurate recording.
Prepare tax returns and ensure prompt payment of taxes owed.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment and stock purchasing.
Reconcile statements weekly across all company accounts.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents or authority personnel for any issues arising from accounting reporting.
Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management from time to time.
RequirementsDiploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Required skills include Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Office, and IFAS.
