Account Executive

To align with the group's expansion, we are looking for an Account Executive who focuses on managing financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
The individual will support financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements while working closely with the team to achieve company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines, and policies.
Financial activities include but are not limited to:Preparation and posting of journals.
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and schedules.
Preparation of monthly reconciliations and schedules.
Analysis of accounts.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions.
Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPIs are met.
Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by superiors/managers.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Meticulous, analytical, and a high degree of agility.
Proactive in resolving matters while being able to manage time effectively.
Highly committed and able to work independently.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment is essential.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Additional:
Working Day: 5 days (Mon – Fri)
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
