Account Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesReceive and process all invoices and prepare cheques for payments, handle daily disbursements promptly.
Prepare Cash Forecast to avail funds for payments and prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Ensure prompt Billings of work done.
Monitor time incurred and strive to work efficiently and productively, within the budgets set for each job.
Be a team player and provide leave cover for fellow team members.
Assist to liaise and respond to clients regarding their accounting and finance matters and/or queries.
Any ad-hoc task or work as assigned by supervisor and/or management team.
Maintain and be in charge of Accounts Payable.
Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording account receivable data.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required to provide management with timely financial reports, analysis, and information for decision-making.
RequirementsDiploma in Accounting or other related fields.
3 to 6 years' relevant experience is an added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) and good knowledge of Word, Accounting, and Payroll Software.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in working styles.
Organized, detailed, and deadline-oriented.
Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Willingness to take on duties outside of job specification.
Ability to work under pressure.
