Account Executive

Responsibilities:
Proven bookkeeping experience.
Able to do full set accounting management.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Data entry skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; experience in Autocount accounting software is essential.
Filling of documents and assisting in monthly closing of accounts.
Prepare payment list.
Assist in audit and other third-party related agencies.
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field.
Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Experience handling and closing multiple accounts in Malaysia and Singapore.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
