Account Executive

Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of accounts including sorting, data entry into accounting systems, bank reconciliations, and perform year-end closing accurately and timely.
Manage accounting documents properly, organizing and filing documents effectively.
Prepare working papers and relevant schedules for account, tax, and audit purposes.
Prepare monthly management reports and/or any other reports.
Draft tax documents, prepare correspondences, and answer auditor questionnaires.
Prepare working papers for tax returns of individuals and businesses.
Discuss and report job progress to superiors in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients and resolve clients' queries.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and cross-department teams to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors related to departmental requirements.
Requirements:
Required language(s): Chinese (Compulsory), English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Computer-literate (Microsoft Word/Excel; knowledge of Autocount is an added advantage).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
With or without working experience.
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
