Account Executive

Job Descriptions
- Prepare full set of accounts, monthly management reports and financial year-end accounts.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Responsible for preparing petty cash, payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and other adjustments.
- Liaise with company secretary, auditor, tax agent, bankers, and suppliers on all finance-related matters.
- Maintain proper accounting records of fixed assets.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required.
- Able to work independently and adapt in a new setup company.
- Have experience working in a legal firm as an account clerk/executive.
Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in maintaining a proper accounts system.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia (and Mandarin, if any).
