Account Executive

REQUIREMENTS1. Handle full set of accounts of the assigned companies, includes general accounting account receivable, account payable, tax and treasury and ensure the financial reports are prepared on an accurate and timely manner.2. Assist in various accounting, audit, tax, matters, statutory reporting requirements, annual budget and forecasts.3. Liaise with company's associates, partners or third party in order to ensure smooth delivery of work and achievements of datelines.4. Ensure datelines are achieved using the strategic plan implemented.5. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company's service and quality is in the best state.WHAT WE PREFER FROM YOU ?1. 1+ years of experience in a account, Tax and related dept. Or fresh grads is also accepted.2. Proficiency with Office, UBS, SQL, AUTOCOUNT others acc software. We mainly use UBS, only certain client, use autocount.3. Good in client servicing, leadership and teamwork.4.
