Account Executive

Job Description '¢ Able to handle full set account or semi full set account. '¢ To ensure the account entries recorded in system are properly checked. '¢ Issue and verify sales invoices and payment vouchers. '¢ To ensure timely preparation of payments for all purchases, including Director's monthly general expenses payment arrangement. '¢ Monitor bank balance / cash flow position and fund placement. '¢ Maintain proper filling and accurate entry in system. '¢ To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements '¢ Min 2 years of working accounting experience '¢ Min LCCI qualification '¢ Strong organizational skills '¢ Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeEPCC Contractor for Infrastructure Construction. TNB 275kv, 132kv, and 33kV Utility Works Main Contractor Telecommunication, Fiber Optic Main ContractorDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
