Account Executive

**ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**- Bachelor's degree or professional degree in Accounting or Finance- At least 1-2 year(s) of experience- Preferable Single Male and Female- Able to converse fluently in English, and Bahasa Malaysia- Computer literate, outgoing, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, persuasive, like challenges and a team player- Familiar with accounting software will be an added advantageWe offer a competitive remuneration package, attractive benefits, insurance and medical benefits.- Starting basic salary - RM3,000- EPF / SOCSO / EIS- Quarterly performance bonus- Yearly Company Trip- Medical Insurance- 21 days annual leaveOffice Location: Plaza 138, Jalan Ampang**RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY**- Assist the finance department's operations, including financial reporting, accounts receivables and account payables according to finance policies and procedure- Handle a full set of accounts for the group of companies.- Responsible for monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.- Handle daily finance operations, which include but are not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers for annual audit.- Involvement in corporate planning including strategy evaluation, budgeting business planning and financial modelling for the entire Group.- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.- Analyse costs, pricing, revenue results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans and budget.- Develop trends and projections for the company's finances.- Company Tax review including SST monthly review and submission.**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
