Account Executive

-Assisting in filling, data entry and recording and maintaining accurate and complete Financial Records


-Checking income and expenditure


-Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies


-Preparing bank deposits, check payment


-Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents


-Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance 


-Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports


-Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.


-Assist with other accounting projects


-Accounts and tax document monthly filling


-Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker and company secretary


-Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities


-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

; Requirements:-



-At least with 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position


-Can handle pressure, must be willing to work overtime if necessary 


-Computer literate must be proficient in excel


-High level of integrity, efficiency, accuracy and responsibility


-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent


-Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy preferably


-Fluency in mandarin is a must
