Account Executive

-Responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks


-Oversees the process of online order fulfillment


-Coordinate and manage shipments


-Manage inventory and monitor stock levels


-Prepare and manage documentation including quotations and invoices


-Provide backend administrative support for operations sales and marketing teams


-Liaise with internal and external parties on administrative matters


-Ensure office supplies are maintained for departments


-Record customer interactions process accounts and file documents


-Organize and file all relevant documentation
