We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at WING SOON SDN. BHD. in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and providing essential accounting support to our growing business. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documentsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date financial recordsReconciling accounts and bank statementsAssisting with the preparation of financial reports and statementsProviding administrative support to the accounting teamCollaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial informationAdhering to all relevant accounting procedures and policiesWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of Sales and Services Tax (SST) and other relevant financial regulationsRelevant diploma or degree in Accounting or a related fieldWhat we offer
