As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with:
-Assist in the preparation of financial statements on regular basis.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Maintain confidentiality of financial and administrative information.
-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
-Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
-Ensuring the upkeep and proper maintenance of company assets, facilities, and equipment.
-Maintaining accurate accounting books and records, ensuring meticulous organization of filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial information.
-Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
-Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals.
-Support on any other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.

; Requirements:- For This Role, You Will Need:
-Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
-Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounting and administrative roles
-Good command of English and Mandarin – both verbal and written
-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
-Strong Organizational and communication skills.
-Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
-Multi-tasking is expected and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
