Account Executive

To handle full sets of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports and other financial matters.To handle data entry and responsible for day to day accounting recording function.To prepare monthly P&L and schedule of Balance Sheet for Management to review according to deadline.To handle staff claims, prepare accounting journals and bank reconciliation.Prompt submission of monthly, periodical & ad hoc reports.To ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Ensure statutory submission are submitted before due date.Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and up-to-date.Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.Liaising with both internal and external parties including suppliers, contractor and other related party when needed.Maintain a proper record and update all related records of documents.Liaise with company secretary, auditor, banker, tax agents, advisors and other regulatory bodies.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as when assigned by superior.
