As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and administrative information.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Ensure the upkeep and proper maintenance of company assets, facilities, and equipment.
Maintain accurate accounting books and records, ensuring meticulous organization of filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial information.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals.
Support on any other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Job RequirementsFor This Role, You Will Need:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounting and administrative roles.
Good command of English & Mandarin – both verbal & written.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills, and follow-up skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
Multi-tasking is expected and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
