The RoleAs part of the Production Account Management team, this role provides a unique opportunity to manage the production scope for one of the world's leading global companies. You will be responsible for overseeing projects across the ASEAN South Pacific (ASP) region, collaborating with a diverse range of clients, and managing projects from start to finish.
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the account with focus on delivering excellency in production quality and high levels of client service.
Reporting lines and critical stakeholdersThis role reports to the Cluster Lead (based in Singapore) and will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesKey day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients:
Coordinate the flow of work into the studio, ensuring projects stay on track by factoring in available studio resources, incorporating feedback and revisions, and meeting material deadlines.
Work closely with internal teams across various disciplines (e.g., Broadcast, Print, Digital, Language Services) to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee project workflows with clients, maintaining clear communication on project status at all stages. Present a Production Point of View (POV) and ensure deliverables stay within the approved budget and timeline.
Manage day-to-day project administration, including the careful upkeep of project trackers and finance sheets. Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile estimates with actuals, resolve any budget discrepancies, and close out jobs when completed.
Organise and/or participate in internal and client meetings or calls. Share agendas, actively contribute to discussions, and provide clear meeting summaries and reports afterward.
Work with external agency partners (e.g., creative, shopper, media, social & influence) and vendors to obtain necessary assets, working files, schedules, technical specifications, and copy deadlines.
You will also handle general production-related requests, such as gathering materials, compiling information for client reports and presentations, or providing administrative assistance as needed by the team.
RequirementsStrong communication skills; fluent oral and written English is critical (other languages desirable)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications1-2 years of experience in account management or project management working in a video, print or digital production; experience servicing international/regional accounts, and/or a diverse set of clients or stakeholders is of advantage
Fresh graduates will be considered if prior internship experience in agency environment
