In this role, you will: Handling day to day accounting functions such as entry of accounting transactions into accounting system, invoicing, payments, receipts and others Assisting in perform data entry and other functions. Communicating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies with internal and external parties. Keep recording and filling the related documents accordingly. Assisting account teams for ad-hoc assignment Performing any other daily accounting related duties as assigned. Manage and supervise the accounting functions for the generation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements and other related Manage all accounting operations and full set of account Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Establish system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems. You might thrive in this role if you have: At least Accounting Degree or its equivalent Have prior experience in relevant role, preferred in retail and wholesale industry Posses excellent analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ACCA holder is an advantage. SQL & SAP Accounting software knowledge. Responsible, willing to learn, able to maintain confidentially at all time. Able to work under pressure and independent Have good interpersonal and communication skill Computer literacy with knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel is a MUST. Compensation, Benefits and Perks The salary is RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00
