Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:
·Perform daily accounting operation and functions such as account receivable/payable, general ledger, cash book, inventory, month-end closing and all the necessary accruals and reversals.
·Provide a full set of accounts and preparation of monthly financial reports on a timely basis.
·Monitor, assess and ensure timely and accurate transactions for closing of monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting of financial and management reports, as well as prepare financial reports.
·Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system.
·Reconcile, process and report all costing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
·Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on related issues. Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations, and statutory requirements.
·Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties when necessary.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work as a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Summary of role requirements:
