Account Executive

We are a new renovation company registered in Malaysia in collaboration with Chinese investor partners in finance, design, and skilled labor, targeting local high-end interior design, building, and renovation works.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.

Candidate should possess a Degree in Accounting or any equivalent professional qualifications
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
Able to lead a team, provide guidance, and assign tasks
Able to adapt to changes, proactive team player, fast learner, and able to overcome stress
Ability to work and think entrepreneurially and independently with strong time and information management skills
Detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, data entry, and daily accounts recording functions.
Timely preparation of financial reports, annual budget, rolling forecast, and monthly variance analysis.
Ensure all documents and accounting systems are accurate and reliable.
Responsible for handling all audit matters, including preparing audit schedules, compiling information for audit purposes, drafting auditor reports, and any other related matters.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
