Account Executive

-2 full sets of account and reporting


-responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with company policies and accounting standard procedures or related statutory and tax requirements.


-Handling and monitoring Bank Reconciliation, Depreciation, AP, and AR Functions including invoices posting and payment-related matters.


-Handling monthly Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, HRDC, and PCB contributions.


-Liaise with the auditor and prepare audit schedules and reports.


-Liaise with tax agents and prepare Tax information and computation.


-Submission of SST, compliance, and tax policies are preferred.


-Manage administrative tasks such as organizing files and reports.


-Responsible for documentation and daily to daily administrative work and process


-Assist the company in another department if needed.


-Takes orders from the Management from time to time.


-Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management
