Account Executive

Ensure all company policies and control are implemented and in place at all times.- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.- Handling full set accounts, knowledge- Maintaining a proper and organized filing system, ensuring all documentations are up to date and in file, both hardcopy and softcopy.- Performing daily operational accounting duties.- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior.- Preparation of various reports on a timely basis for Management's review.- Review all invoices and documentation for approvals prior to payment.- At least 2 years of working experience.- Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.- Independent and able to work under pressure.**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- SQL: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
