Account Executive

Job Description: Manage day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Assist in handling full set of accounts and monthly accounts closing in timely manner.Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior management.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.Guide front-end business departments on issues identified during financial reviews.Complete other tasks assigned by management.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field.Languages: Proficiency in Malay, Chinese, and English is preferred.Familiarity with SAP and NCC systems is a plus. Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws, with manufacturing industry experience, is advantageous. ACCA certification is a plus.
