Account Executive

Maintain accurate records and bookkeeping for company sales, expenses, debtor, and creditor accounts.
Prepare detailed monthly financial reports for Directors.
Estimate and manage company funding requirements for operational purposes.
Prepare full set accounts for audit purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle Form E submissions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Administration
Perform financial and operational transactions promptly and accurately.
Oversee the renewal of car insurance, road tax, and Puspakom inspections.
Manage the renewal and compliance of company trade licenses and certifications, including:MPOB (Malaysian Palm Oil Board) monthly submissions and license renewal.
MSPO (Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil) certification renewal.
KPDNHEP (Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs) license renewal.
Quit rent payments.
Ensure timely submission for JKKP8 & CustomWindfall Tax.Human Resources
Manage the application and renewal of Indonesian workers' labor licenses and visas.
Handle payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Oversee contributions and submissions for EPF, SOSCO, EIS, and PCB.
And any other tasks instructed by Directors.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and have experience with accounting systems.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to apply critical thinking and maintain a positive attitude.
