Account Executive

Responsibilities:- Plan and manage transportation services, routes, and driver assignments for school activities, Department of Student Affairs, club events, and clinical placements.Liaise with managers, drivers, and departments to optimize transportation services.Oversee driver management, including appraisals, leave, and logbook monitoring.Ensure timely renewal of vehicle permits, road tax, insurance, and compliance with SPAD, JPJ, and Puspakom regulations.Develop and improve transportation policies and procedures.Process staff claims, petrol bills, and manage petty cash.Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and license renewals.Manage purchasing activities, vendor sourcing, and requisition processing.Assist the finance team with claims, promotional expenses and bank mandates.Requirements:- Candidates must hold a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree, in related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.Able to work independently and handle all transportation matters;Knowledge in Financing matter is an advantage;Good interpersonal and communication skills.
