CM03759 - Account Executive Job Specialization: Accounting (Financial/General/Cost) Working Location: Penang Salary Range: RM3,800 - RM4,200 Posted Date: 09/05/2024 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Familiar with basic accounting principles. Managing account receivables functions includes collection of cash, credit card, and e-wallet payments from branches Ensure the AR data is captured into the accounting system accurately. Bank accounts reconciliations. Prepare weekly aging reports and review AP aging to ensure compliance. Work closely with the commercial team, review aging & follow up on supplier invoices and payments. Performs GL operational day-to-day activities and ensures accounts are up to date at all time. Prepare necessary journal adjustments & posting. Support Stocktake at stores & warehouse, prepare stock take variance report. Assist in month-end closing monthly financial reports and yearly audits as requested. Provide administrative support from time to time. Work closely with other departments to provide accounting advice. Any other Finance, Accounting, or Admin tasks/projects assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Accounting and Finance Minimum 3 years or above working experience Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay to liaise with external parties Has a positive and can-do attitude A good team player and a good sense of responsibility for the whole team REGISTER BACK
