Account Executive

Responsibilities Handle full set of accounts and ensuring the closing of monthly and yearly accounts are carried out timely and accurately.Handle the Account Payable, Account Receivable, Cash Book and posting of General Journal transactions into the accounting systemKeep track and ensure proper recording of all financial and accounting transactionsMonitoring of collections and paymentsAssist in cashflow planning and preparation of tax computation.Carry out bank reconciliation, creditors and debtors reconciliation, data entry/update and maintenance of accounting records and perform day to day accounting operationsSupport superior in ensuring appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all time.Work closely and coordinate with other departments in various accounting and financial issues.Liasie with bankers, company secretary, auditors and tax agents as requested.Adhoc task as requested from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalentAt least 2-3 years relevant working experience in property development, however, fresh graduate is encourage to applyGood knowledge of accounting principles and guidelinesAble to work independently with minimum supervisionGood command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
