Account Executive

We are seeking a Full Set Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete set of accounts, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records, and contributing to the financial stability of the company.
Job Description
Assist on closing of monthly management accounts.Handling Petty Cash, Account Payable and Account Receivable.To handle monthly worker wages, overtime wages, staffs claim reimbursement and ensure all the transactions are captured in the account system on time. Manage office admin work, office maintenance, servicing and supplies & Provide administrative assistance to managementHandle accounts and other relevant ad-hoc tasks & assignments.Reviewing and reconciling accounts & financial statementsManage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors, Identify and address discrepanciesReport on the status of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining updated records of invoices and receiptsEnsure transactions are processed and properly recordedUpdate internal accounting databases and spreadsheetsMaintain proper accounting record and filing of all financial files, records and relevant documentsAble to liaising with local authorities & external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, Insurance agent etcMaintain organized and up-to-date financial records.Preparing financial reports such as profit & loss statements and balance sheetsAble to use Accounting system.
