Account Executive

Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable processes.
Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date financial records and document filing systems.
Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Assist in improving accounting systems, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Prepare and submit required statutory reports and tax filings.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including experience in a management role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make timely, effective decisions.
