Job Description Monthly management account reportReceiving supplier invoiceDetermine credit terms or cash termContra AccountIntercompany Recon, Bank ReconBalance SheetProfit & LossHire Purchase Loan & Term Loan - Take up interestAccrual & Prepayment BasisFixed Asset Schedule (Depreciation)To daily check on new sales invoice generationTo analyse payment terms from debtorTo ensure receive payment before the due datePosting invoice into SQL systemTo ensure invoice is paid before the due date for credit term (Credit Term Management)Creditor statement reconciliation.Payment Voucher To issue payment from bank/cheque.To send bank-in slips to all relevant parties.To issue Official Receipt upon/bank received fund.To monthly send out SOA to debtorsDaily Bank Book recordWeekly inflow/outflowSales Tax Submission Job Requirement • Preferably with above three (3) years of experience in public accounting, audit or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
• High attention to detail, be very organized, independent, and proactive
• Fluency in English, strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Possess accounting and industry knowledge in automotive industry
