Account Executive

Requirement:- Possess a least Bachelor's Degree Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent- Minimum: 1-2 years working experience.- **ADVANTAGE: EXPERIENCE IN SQL SYSTEM**:- Detailed oriented person- Manage to work independently in a dynamic and high-volume environment.- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.Day to day task:- Basic accountant duties and responsibilities.- Perform any ad-hoc assignment as per required- Perform daily bookkeeping activities - sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and statement of accounts.- Assist senior accountant- Able to assist & support in reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.- Prepare monthly accounting report as per dateline.- Resolve invoice processing and payment issues with clients and suppliers- Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times.**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
