Account Executive

Responsibility Handle full set account, account payable and ensure correctness and completeness of supporting documents Handle employee reimbursement, advance payment and ensure correctness and completeness of supporting documents To maintain proper records of all payments to suppliers, inter-company accounts and other creditors Preparation of monthly journal such as fixed asset, accrual & prepayment, and interest expenses Responsible for monthly closing and ensure reports submission follow as per closing schedule plan Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial Submission of the principal company's claim and ensuing claim reimbursement prepare monthly inventory adjustments and monthly stock count report  To perform other ad-hoc assigned tasks by the superior
