About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Zinzino Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and ensuring accurate accounting practices for Malaysia and Singapore. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organisation.
What you'll be doing To retrieve the daily sales figures for the respective countries from Exigo & Adyen portals, and ensure the funds are accurately reconciled. Weekly process of the commission payouts and verify the recipient bank details before performing the transfers.Weekly payment preparation to ensure that the payments are made on time.To input all accounting data into "Master Accounting System" and perform weekly bank reconciliations. Liaise with bankers, solicitors, company secretary, tax agent and auditors pertaining to financial matters.To carry out any other work as required and authorized by the superior. What we're looking for Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience.Has knowledge of accounting principles, proficient in accounting software (e.g., Adyen, Master, Exigo) and Microsoft Excel. Able to work independently without close supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to effectively communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
