Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive . The ideal candidate will need to possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid background in accounting or finance will be added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Full Set of Accounts Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded, classified, and summarized according to the standard accounting practices. Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, and payables to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow.Generating and analyzing financial reports and statements.Providing support in tax preparation and compliance.Implementing and maintaining effective accounting systems and procedures. Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.Previous Audit experience will be an added advantage.Knowledge of ERP Systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Must know to speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Candidates who are excellent at speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin will be an advantage.Willing to work in UEP Subang Jaya.
