Account Executive

Job Description: Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) monthly reports and schedules as needed.Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and reports.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Assist with monthly and annual financial close processes.Conduct bank and account reconciliations.Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks.Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative documents.Oversee and manage petty cash transactions.Monitor and update customer payments diligently.Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.Experienced in SQL Accounting software.Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.Able to start work immediately.Possess own transportation.
