Account Executive

Job Description Responsibilities: Preparation full sets of accounts and perform month-end account closing activitiesInvolvement in day-to-day accounting operations, such as data key in/ reconciling.Proper filling and maintaining financial recordsAssist in AR function such as key in invoice, issue official receipt.Assist in monthly management reporting and analysis.Prepare monthly account receivable reconciliation, bank reconciliation.Handling inter-company transactionsMaintaining fixed asset scheduleMaintain and prepare SST record and submission.Liaise with tasks demanded by auditors and tax agent for year end audit and tax return.Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.Requirements: Candidates must possess LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting system. Experience in SQL is an added advantage.Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Both verbal and written communication. Ability to speak & write Mandarin will be an added advantage in dealing with China counterpart.Those with experience in the F&B is an added advantage.Sound knowledge of inventory management system.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good team player and able to work independently.
