Job Duties and Responsibilities
•Manage day-to-day financial operations and record-keeping.
•Closely monitor Quotation, Purchasing Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Service Report (SR), and Invoices.
•Prepare Monthly Financial Statements (P & L) and reports for management.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
•Handle Petty Cash and other staff expenses (Technicians & Delivery team).
•Coordinate office administration tasks, including supplies management.
•Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
•Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to provide necessary documentation for auditing.
•Perform clerical and admin tasks.
•Maintain and update records, files, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and easy retrieval.
•Monitor office supplies, order new materials, and maintain inventory levels.
•Job responsibilities often include coordinating events, seminars, and workshops, handling logistics and arrangements.
•Monitor and handle pending payments for subsidiaries (Dahlia Dialysis Sdn Bhd and Mykidney Dialysis Centre).
•Good communication skills with subordinate staff.
Requirements
•Candidates must at least possess a Diploma/Degree.
•Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
