Account Executive

-Handle full set account, account payable and ensures correctness and completeness of supporting documents•Handle employee reimbursement, advance payment and ensures correctness and completeness of supporting documents


-To maintain proper records of all payments to suppliers, inter-company accounts and other creditors


-Preparation of monthly journal such as fixed asset, accrual and prepayment, and interest expenses


-Responsible for monthly closing and ensure reports submission follow as per closing schedule plan


-Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial


-Submission of the principal company's claim and ensuing claim reimbursement


-prepare monthly inventory adjustments and monthly stock count report 


-Preform other ad-hoc assigned tasks by the superior

; Requirements:-


-Possess an LCCI, Diploma or bachelor's degree related to the above fields.


-At least 3 years or relevant working experience. 


-Ability to work independently with responsibility, resourceful to complete objective within given timelines.


-Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive.


-Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge in SQL system will be an added advantage.
