Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Maintain documentation and comprehensive filing to support all accounting entries.
Assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification, key-in database & follow up.
Monitor month-end and day-to-day finance functions and prepare weekly/monthly collection reports.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
Ensure all reports are accurate and timely for periodic submission.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks as per instructions.
Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to operate Accounting Software & good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking, performance-driven, and capable of teamwork.
Those who can start work immediately or within a short notice will have an added advantage.
