Job DescriptionPrepare full set accounts, analyzing financial reporting and cash flow forecast
Responsible for GL, Account Receivable and Account payable functions
Responsible for viewing of cash flow management and profit and loss statement
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing and monthly reporting
To perform bank reconciliations, collection, and credit control
To handle the day-to-day operation matters such as payment processing, daily banking, entering business transactions into the accounting system, etc
Ensure the completeness of data recorded and aligned with relevant tax regulations and accounting standards
Perform account closing procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary
Job RequirementsDegree in Accounting or equivalent OR a professional qualification under ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in financial accounting
In depth understanding of account functions including account payables/receivables, intercompany transaction, cash flow and general ledger reconciliation
High integrity, excellent work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline
Responsible and high sensitivity in handling confidential information
Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a positive attitude
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
